ETC, anyone, I must admit I know nothing of how overseas trading works on the same stock/symbol and would appreciate any answers you can give me. If the questions sound dumb I apologize in advance.

With Germany trading hours before us, does that mean the stock price can be dollars or pennies higher or lower than when the stock closed here?

Were/are shares transferred from here to Frankfurt exchange so they can be traded somehow? or

Were additional shares issued for Frankfurt and again for Berlin?

Are the Frankfurt/Berlin exchanges closed before our open? if not

How is the value of the stock reflected during the trading hour/hours that both exchanges are open?

Can trades be made on the Frankfurt/Berlin exchanges before the NASDAQ opens and then continue to trade those buys or sells made on the Frankfurt/Berlin exchanges on the NASDAQ?

Thanks in advance

John
