Mr. Toby, I wish only to weigh-in on PSUN's poison pill situation at this time... ...which is good for PSUN shareholders IMHO. When and if I change my opinion on this matter, I'll simply sell my shares. Please know kind sir, I think your arguments are indeed rational. However, to take into account all other possible poison pill situations, then set forth to judge them as either good or bad just makes me feel sleepy, the lazy desert rat that I am. "$^) Mathon
