No, I'm from lovely, broad-shouldered Oakland. San Francisco sure is nice, though. Are you still stuck down on the Peninsula? Please see my previous post #reply-7808026; though I believe Merced is in trouble, I think it doesn't matter. My valuation call is based on the ludicrously high expectations built into INTC's price.
