CITN will be IPOing E commmerce and E Training on the net. Investors have to be registered share holders but the 1st of March. Once this was announce the price went from 1.50ish to just over 4. It has settled at 3 now and is holding. I would imagine that the last week of the month should be active. Citn does have several formidable relationships.

There is plenty of information under there ticker symbol. They aso give the link to there website
