Goodnoise has no exclusive content. They have no exclusive technology. Anyone can secure and sell the mediocre MP3 tracks they offer...including the much better positioned mp3.com. Rykodisk tracks are available to anyone and have been already..including the white elephant Liquid Audio. This is a pure hype play. The CEO is a 23-year-old with no music industry exposure whatsoever. In the meantime, serious music companies are gearing up. Caveat emptor.
