Dave, you've made some good calls in the past... I have a problem with this one. I see nothing unique about their patent. People download programs off the net all the time. Now instead going to your hard drive, its going to memory storage in a toy. The market for interactive toys will be huge, just having a hard time understanding what value this company brings that isn't already there.
