>>You have to remember the rules. Iomega cannot count any deal as an OEM unless we see(a particular one of us sees, anyway) a device with our own eyes with an Iomega product welded inside and somebody else's name on the outside.<<

This was indeed the case at Comdex. There was a whole row of computers with internal Orb drives built-in. Several eyewitness accounts at Comdex from die-hard Iomaniacs confirm the OEM agreements with the following companies (and more):

Joint Development and Licensing Deal to Increase Sales of ORB Product
Las Vegas, Nev. - November 13, 1998 – Castlewood today announced an important strategic OEM relationship and licensing agreement with the Korean-based Daewoo Electronics Co., Ltd.,

there are also a couple of other Castlewood OEM's but I feel the point us proven already. The point is, Castlewood has had the Management savvy to get Orb OEM deals well before the product's initial release. Iomega has not with Flop! Castlewood management seems to somehow get deals done.

Who do you think has the more agressive management? Iomega, or Castlewood?
