Agreed, The low end server space is where Dell will dominate (look for increased market share next quarter).

Agreed AFA the entire server business is concerned. But guess what the reason for the decline is: pressure from the low end (within the server group) boxes which for the time being is precisely what DELL offers. IOW, SUNW will get hurt more as it drops it's margin from it's high end server sales while DELL goes from having the margin of a desktop builder to that of a NT server maker, resulting in a significant improvement in it's margins. It's all relative.
