first Cypress will rush the manufacturing to their own fab. Next they will move in their own sales troops in lieu of the ICW roaster. In some key markets (Japan!) ICW has feet on the road, who knock the socks of the Cypress direct force at any time. Time only will tell, if CY learned a lesson from the ICD acquisition.
