I am sure that Mike is being truthful. The explanation is probably in the way Zack's distributes information. Obviously FLAWED in content and timing.

I read the 10-K today and I am convinced that this is a solid company worthy of long term support. Annual meeting on the 24th should be uneventful. Will post more food for thought later.
