That is so true, and it's surprising that GTW apparently still hasn't caught on. I bought a GTW in 1994 that arrived with a dead CD-ROM drive. It took me weeks (literally) to get the return authorization, and I had to go through all the hoops starting with "is your machine plugged in?"

After that the machine worked fine, but I never got over the initial experience with customer service, and would never buy a GTW again.

Very strange.
