They spent 36% of revenues on advertising in the Dec 96 qtr. Management said in the conference call they would spend closer to 25% of revenues going ahead. Will the street adjust for this?

And how about the reaction to the following revenue increases:

<<The Company's Other Revenues rose to a record $58.2 million during the latest quarter, roughly 50% greater than in the September 1996 quarter.

Of these, advertising and electronic commerce revenues grew even faster, to $40 million from about $24 million in the previous quarter and just $13 million in fiscal 1996's comparable period.>>

I find the above to be pretty impressive, but I am not sure that message will get thru the red ink.....they still didn't show a profit....
