Greg, I am told that Napier want's to be more attractive to ethical and "green" funds. Diversifying the company would make them more attractive to longer term institutional investors. They would become more attractive in the sense that the investor won't have all thier eggs in one basket as far as Napier is concerned. Also Sergio Vitomir studied this b-9 film and has apparently found some new ways to implement this technology. He reportedly likes it very much. It was also a very cheap deal for Napier ( and us ), to get into CES. Should make a nice package in the future. Al.
