I for one do not mind Ians comments on this thread, it brings another perspective and dose of reality to the thread. If Ian had been on earlier, perhaps I would have been able to unload some shares at $3.00 You never go broke making a profit.

As such, I will wait it out some more because I feel that VNE is going higher. Not hoping, just feeling that it will follow the trend of other e-commerce stocks, they have a powerful IR machine running, a good story, etc...

Ian, I have stopped trying to make reason of fundamentals when dealing with many of these kinds of stocks. It just doesn't matter.... the momentum and trend is what matters. It does not make rational or logical sence... it is just the way it is. Otherwise, stocks like CGH, CUQ, GSM, GLE, etc.. would not be trading at P/E multiples of 3 - 5 on positive earnings.

Instead, look at the charts of many of the internet related stocks.... some are over $50.00 US on zero earnings. All that seems to matter is the 'chance' of future earnings and a great story. Rememeber K-Tel? Those that got in and out on time did very well.

It doesn't make sence... sometimes you just have to go with the flow.

Keep up the realism, though. Professionals usually start to take profits after a 30% gain. Many have made good profits on VNE already. However, I do not feel that only 1 run is all this stock can muster.

Regards,

Mike.
