Food sure is good and stores look cool. New owners have yet to prove they can do anything but hype the stock a little but they have not been at it long enough to work their ideas. 1/2 of the new ownership partnership is same former CEO of Rally's that was at the head during the period when stock and volumes tubed. Not a franchisee friendly guy. Even paid a fine to the SEC for dealings. See 10/1/91 Wall Street Journal cover story. I'd watch his involvement. Rally's still has a shareholder suit active against it and this former CEO. Can't remember the guys name but he is a former used car salesman and invloed in the "Gong Show" in the "golden days" of TV. $3-4/share and I'm out myself
