Stephan, There is a lot of misinformation around. You posted: <<Montgomery hasn't touched their evaluation of Open Text. It remains a strong buy for them. Punk Ziegler (I'm not making this up.) did downgrade the stock from strong buy to buy.>> I got this from Zacks Analyst Watch at their website: MONTGOMERY SECURITIES 02/03/97 BUY PUNK ZIEGEL 01/29/97 BUY And as I posted in my previous note, I got E-mail from Zacks on the 30th that Punk Ziegel reiterated a strong buy on the 29th. I am glad this was brought up, because I never doubted the content of my information from Zacks before this. Evidently, Zacks can't even get the story straight within itself. Mike
