DELL recommended on 'Rukeyser' by Roger McNamee says Time to Buy. Owings Mills, Maryland, Feb. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Dell Computer Among the panelists, Integral Capital Partners partner Roger McNamee said today's drop in Dell Computer Corp. shares makes it a good time to buy the No. 1 direct seller of personal computers. McNamee, a first-time panelist, said concern over Dell's growth isn't the issue. Rather, investors' inflated expectations are pushing the stock down.
