I dislike the IRIS concept but play the stock for the hype it receives from many others. Hope I haven't offended anyone but I avoid salesmen where I can.

My only question is, have you tried IRIS? I didn't consider it a hard sell, quite the opposite. The agent was extremely helpful AND they got me the best price I could find.

They didn't try to upsell me at all, they didn't ask me if I needed a hotel or a rental car. All she did was push me an itinerary and asked me if I liked it. It was exactly what I needed and I purchased it on the spot with a simple mouse click. Because of the pre-registration process all I had to add was my credit card number. I have purchased tickets from Preview many times and the IFLY transaction was easier, CHEAPER and I would estimate about 4 times faster.

As far as hype goes, I'm back in this stock because I was really impressed with the service, not because of any analyst recommendations (or lack of) or because of any historical trading patterns, except that it is now at a low for 1999 (post IRIS debut).
Personally, I would love to see the hype go away as I believe it detracts from involvement by serious investors like myself.
