Fred, you asked me to take a look. A few months ago I posted this was a POS. Think I was run out of town at the time. You want some serious DD info here, give me the names of all the principals, all known telephone numbers, last known addresses. I'll find these guys and let you know what's going on. From the posts it does not sound like a P&D per say, sounds like the company dumping on everyone Funny, someone has been contacting me by PM about his company, finally broke down and called the A-hole. Going public so he can sell a bunch of shares to fund his operations. He told me that. Will short the bejesus out of it when it starts trading.
