Coffee Pot...I have been a long time buyer from OnSale. I cannot state the cause for the losses, but I can tell you as a user and buyer of their on line products that their response and service has totally gone down the tubes. I see a distinct downhill attitude in customer service...and that is going to result in more complaints and less profits. Example...I purchased 4 new computers from them. I knew it was going to go over the limit of the CC I had on file with them, so went into their system and changed to one that had lots of room. That caused them such a mess it took them 4 or 5 days to straighten out, resulting in several emails and many on screen forms filled out. Then recently I bought a MSOffice upgrade from them. It was not what was advertised and I entered a "Service Request". Go to their site and they say they will respond within 2 business days. I entered that request on the 2nd...have updated it several times, and STILL no response from them. They simply refuse to respond, what the hell, they have my money. Notice also, there is not a phone number on their site anywhere...nor anywhere to send an email, nor an email address, other than one for "suggestions".

What started out as a viable business I think has grown out of hand and out of control. By the way, the 4 computers were not equipped as sold either. On that, they told me to contact the mfg, they only sold them and took my money! The mfg said too bad.

Buy this stock?? Not on a bet!!!
