Fair enough Sandstuff; ITOY first has TOP MANAGEMENT..former head of ATARI and also "the mother of the talking toy". This opens doors to them that others would not get. The mere fact that they applied for a patent tells you that they think they have a good shot at getting it. I don't know, but even if they don't they have a big head start. Just think, no more upgrade CD's or new toys to buy. Just re-program it from the internet. Plug the toy in and will gain a whole new vocabulary and action animation set. I think it's huge. I think the idea is very clever and appealing to parents. I mean we all know that buying the Nintendo or the Playstation is not the real cost....it's the dam games...pretty soon you've spent several hundred dollars on them
