Hey Mike (&Suri), Welcome to "the club"! I do not think there has been any announcement (or even a hint of one) as to an additional Offering at the time of NASDAQ listing. But, I think it has become a conclusion by most on here (and I'm sure they will correct me if not) that BII will need further financing/cash by the time of such listing. The stock price and reception of an offering will be best at that time. IMO. John
