Hello Joe!

You don't know me from a hole in the wall, but I do owe you some thanks for DDSI a while back. THANK YOU ...VERY MUCH!

I'm writing because I need a little advice. Back in the old days, I used to trade Ultrafem, got out well before they went bankrupt, but continued to follow it's demise. Just for fun, bought back a block at 1.2 pennies. This past week the bid on UFEMQ has gone from .5 to 6.5 pennies on no visible news! A miracle.

Unfortunetly I haven't the slightest bit of info or even a tad of juicy gossip about what is going on.

Do you know of any sources that track bankrupt companies that may be able to shed some light on the current situation? The last press release was back, I think, in May '98. Mentioned things like chapter 11, creditors committee sale of MOST of the assets... Could this be just a few remaining shorts closing out their positions?

Was tempted to bail out Friday, but the close was very strong, volume still seems a little low, and perhaps some news is forthcoming. Don't know whether it's near a peak or just getting started????

HELP!
