As far as I know that WSP insiders will begin to trade their 5 million shares of warrants that due become available for trading in March;
Coincidently, On FEBuray 11,1999 WSP announced stock option granted for a period of five years starting Feburay 11, 1999, at a price $3.09 as Sudhir Man stated.
This NR is inicating a FLAG a warning to the market in order to stop the price falling down further so as to the insiders could manage their trades in March at higher price when their 5 million shares will become available into the market. This NR is a damage control nothing else.
This kind of strategy can not fool anybody except that misleading newletter writer Sudhir Man.
So Mr. Sudhir Man to the answer to you question is clear, there is a clear event that is coming .
That is " INSIDERS 5 MILLION SHARES WILL BECOME AVAILABLE INTO THE MARKET.' YOU CAN EXPECT THAT SELL PRESSURES in these few weeks before March due to come.
That is the future event or disturbing factor as far as I can see it.

BTW if you can catch on the NR regarding that stock option it is granted for five yoears ladies and gentlmen, five years, they need not excise that option when our wsp trading below that $3.09, any one just could go buy at the market as it is trading below that $3.09.
Isn't this is too simple to understand their strategy.
