You are attempting to make a case for valuation, and, as you know, like with AOL and Microsoft and others, that is an inexact science at best with high growth companies and is mutually exclusive from the tanking on Friday.

Niles has made unsupported assertions. To support your overvalued assertions with either Niles pronouncements or Dell tanking is a fallacy.

With your logic, every tech company is ready to tank because the price doesn't support growth prospects and every drop in stock price is because the stock was overvalued.
