Bob Terry from ISSM will be on the board and will have an equal vote. Also, the DataPower web page includes the plan to incorporate GA diodes from ISSM. We also have very little independent verification of DataPower technology. I have attempted done some DD along these lines, and no one so far has heard of it. The one person who claimed to have expertise in this area who has posted, said their technology did not work.
