I think the problem withthier testers is more serious than that - they are getting obsolete compared with offerings from HP, Schulumberger, and Teradyne. Their testers appears to have problems meeting specs that are considered non competitive to start with. They may have fixed this but the world may have passed them by. I think they have quite a bit of cash in the bank - but not enough to buy Teradyne or Schulumberger. Marcus
