Pan American bought Pure Water (PRWT) a short time ago. Sure the stock is trading for a penny, buy there are like a half a billion shares or more. I have no idea what Pan's plans are for RSing, or even if they are considering it.
Pan's main interests (if I remember correctly) are in financing a bunch of real estate housing developments in India someplace, at least it was when I read up a couple of months ago. They are in the money loaning business. Financing NHLT would be right up their ally, as long as NHLT could prove that they were low risk.
NHLT must have spent a tremendous amount of time in enrolling such a huge percentage of Doctors, hospitals and pharmacies. They would have to in order for their internet plan to work.
I think that they are going about things the right way, but they probably fell a little short on cost projections a couple of years ago, and recently hit a little trouble. But that's all been taken care of so there is nothing left but open road to establish the world's largest, most economical, and most organized health care plan.

Big Bamboo would probably like to get a few cents in on these comments, as he know's more about NHLT than anyone that I've conversed with.
