The INDI PR is planned for Tuesday the 16th. Hank Clark, the company's CFO, informed me of this. Those who wish to confirm this can call Hank at (212) 843-2777 (ext 788). The plan is to announce the PR on Tuesday for the Yahoo/INDI deal's official launch (Friday was a soft-launch according to Hank). That's the next trading day since Monday is a Holiday. Most shorts probably didn't realize that so I expect a huge short-covering early in the morning. If the news hits before the open, I expect an even bigger gap up as many buyers will compete for those shares. JMO, good luck. -Ken
