Star, MRVC/Nbase is primarily a LAN hub/switch company. Like CSCC's IP Navigator, their product is intended to increase the throughput of IP packets... but in a LAN. Their market is much different than CSCC's.

I am excited about IP Navigator because it is simple (don't read that as easy) and elegant. Moreover, it seems to me that ANY packet coming into a CSCC network running IP Navigator is going to scoot through the network REAL fast. While the COMS/IBM/CSCC alliance should make 3Com clients whiz through particularly fast, packets coming into a CSCC net from ANY vendors switch/router is going to get a nice turbo charge.

Now, tell me about CSCC's booth. What was the traffic like? Did they have any Sahara products there? Any remote access stuff?
