| I am not in a very creative mood at the moment, and do not exactly feel like writing a poem but clicking on your post and your poem made me feel happy, and it now holds the spot of honor on my refrigerator door, right next to the tickets to Ireland and a letter from my daughter's headmaster commending her performance. In other words, a very important spot!
 Here is a poem about friendship--I like having you for a friend.

 The Arrow and the Song

 I shot an arrow into the air,
 It fell to earth, I knew not where;
 For, so swiftly it flew, the sight
 Could not follow it in its flight.

 I breathed a song into the air,
 It fell to earth, I knew not where;
 For who has sight so keen and strong,
 That it can follow the flight of song?

 Long, long afterward, in an oak
 I found the arrow, still unbroke;
 And the song, from beginning to end,
 I found again in the heart of a friend.

 --Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807-1882)
