SPCT is lucky to get business from Goldstar...

Why?

Because, PWAV is totally overbooked for the next six months. Their current backlog is at $39 million ( including some Goldstar orders ) which more than doubles from just end of Dec. 31st, 1996. This information was provided by several brokerage firms which give PWAV buy recommendations, including ALEX Brown, UBS, Bush Morgan and Wessel.

This figures about $20 mil in revenue alone for the up coming quarter in comparison to same quarter $13 mil in 1996.

Investors are certainly smart; we all know a good company when we see one- you can see it reflects in PWAV current stock price, double from just month and a half ago.

Stock goes up in big volume and goes down in small volume, meaning few sellers.

As of this writing, BUYING POWER is now 100+, oversold is now 100+ and money stream is straight up-this can only mean one thing: PWAV is heading up big again within the next few days.

This is the reason why I buy PWAV instead of SPCT, and plus the fact PWAV consistently makes money and has never reported negative earning in its 11 year history.

Their 1996 sales was about $60 million while cash is about $35 million; They have zero long term debt!

I don't have to worry about anything on PWAV, knowing the next two quarters will far exceed expectations.

Their only problem is how to increase their capacity to accomodate the demand, especially now both AT & T and Sprint are reviewing their products for possible orders.
