My situation is I am being looked at for a support adjustment and I was in the past 2yrs gift shares in our family business. So now I am a minority shareholder in an S-corp. My concerns are can they look at my income for at s-corp even though it has not been distributed to me.
If anyone has had a similar situation let me know what you did and what was the outcome.(wI)
