Hi Santiago, well, well, well, we sure have a nice Christian thread here, don't we? I would like to inject one little comment, hopefully without controversy, it is this. IMO there are many verses of Scripture that should humble all of us. Here is one we don't read very often, at least I don't, but probably should. Meditating on this can bring one to nothingness in his own mind. Paul cautioned the Corinthian church about their attitude.
"For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not?" (1 Cor 4:7 NIV)
1 Cor 4:7: Verses 7-13. We have no reason to be proud; all we have, or are, or do, that is good, is owing to the free and rich grace of God. A sinner snatched from destruction by sovereign grace alone, must be very absurd and inconsistent, if proud of the free gifts of God.
As we know, we are nothing without Jesus.
God bless, hopefully, tomorrow we fellowship with the Church at the church.
David
