coz i caught the misattribution and edited it out before logging off

if i recall one of mdins suits filed in nevada was dismissed
for lack of jurisdiction perhaps this is what dayton ir was
referring to we also filed one in canada perhaps this
was also dismissed

at any rate walt says he is going to follow up with dayton so
that may help solve the mystery
