Don, Here is a summary of the key points about fragrancecounter.com mentioned on CNBC Business Center last night.

- FC.com, launched in 1995, is the world's largest online perfume store

- COO Eli Katz struck the initial deal with AOL

- In addition to AOL, FC.com has marketing agreements with Yahoo, Excite, Microsoft's MSN. (They forgot to mention Lycos)

- Sales increased more than 400% during past year

- Revenue last Q reached $ 1.5 million

- FC charges same price as department stores. Its selling points are convenience, huge product selection, and free shipping (free gift wrapping too, per my understanding)

- Sister site cosmeticscounter.com sells beauty products

- Market for fragrances and cosmetics is $19 billion.

- FC.com is considered the amazon.com for fragrances

- FC.com has a 3-yr head start over the competition

- Executives are frustrated with the stock undervaluation, but are committed to change that soon.

- Spinoff of FC.com from ALU has been considered. No timetable was disclosed on the show.

- ALU stock should be worth $50 at the minimum <g>(OK, this was not mentioned in the program, just my wishful thinking <g>)

That's about it folks. I think shareholders of this undiscovered undervalued gem will be richly rewarded soon.

Regards,

Tom
