Typical bull that we would see this and not know with ease and clarity that it was a buy or sell. I thought I was being dumb not to see it, but am glad to hear that you also don't know. Seems positive if they've added shares, but then I've heard Seligman is a bit of a player and they could be trading around in a way that might not always be positive for small share holders, but then what's new?
