Rocket,

Prodigy was not public before. This is their
first national ads campaign, and their ads will
be very strong, esp. with the low rates. Remember,
almost all ISP's are regional. I believe Compuserve
was bought out by AOL. IBM and Sears have stakes
in Prodigy. There's a strong possibility that AOL
will buy them out. It's very difficult to attain
a nation-wide ISP presence (Prodigy 83% U.S.).
