Neutral at this point. While AMAT has publicly announced that they are cooperating with ASML (and AT&T), they have declined to return phone calls requesting further details. Without further details, it's impossible to say what the effect will be (if any). For example, AMAT getting into the track business would have a far different effect than AMAT buying an ASML tool for their development lab!
