Tim, bear with me, but doesn't it seem to you like TW and Cox have maintained a pretty strong pace of upgrade? And that TCI has not been idle, but will be pushing harder. Faced with the fact that last year was not an inactive year, but one in which HLIT seemed not to do as well as expected, and that the pace seems to be only equal or slightly greater in the coming year, with the excpetion of TCI, why should we expect HLIT to do great things this year?

It would seem that price depreciation and competition would balance some of the increased activity and bring pressure on HLIT's ability to make great gains in revenues and earnings. Can we really rely on TCI to save the day? Is this even a fair question? Is the industry in general upgrading at a pace that the answer is clear?

I sold my HLIT shares. I've found it's not wise to pass up a profit with this company. I may be wrong, but I find the signals aren't clear. I will watch with interest for a chance to buy more again in the future, but out for now.

Regards,

Mark
