You might consider the fact that AXPL paid for rights to the technology with 300,000 shares when the public shares were trading at $5-6/sh.

One would have to be sceptical about claims of extremely successful inventions until their ability is demonstrated in a sufficient number of cases to those able to judge the matter well.

Big cos. are not always keen to buy off an individual inventor's invention at a good price. You might know the case of the timed delay windshield wiper control mechanism now standard on cars! The Big 3 (or at least one of them) took it without paying him until he had his day in court many years later.

In the case of AXPL they don't have a patent for the thing yet! Without a patent there is no big money in this, especially since the patent application makes the details of the instrumentation seeking patent protection publicly available (some correct me if I am wrong on this).

Those who buy the stock now are taking a risk that most such investments seeking to get in on the ground floor do. You are counting that the thing is what it has been made out to be; and it can't be copied without permission.

My guess is that if the price cracks $14.00 it will make another significant move on short order. Very short term downside risk to $10.
