Eric, thank you for the information on networking. I always thought the networking sector was way over-priced, especially ASND. I also read a couple of articles today stating that they do not expect these stocks to grow at the same rate they did a couple of years ago and that they are finally been valuated on performace, that's why a couple of them have been hit hard lately. The articles stated that it is not just good enough to just beat estimate by 1 or 2 pennies but that they to beat them by alot more to justify the high PE on some of these stocks.
So, I will be careful. Although I still like CSCO long-term, if I can get it below $60 it would be nice. Actually, I follow ASND closely because a co-worker of mine owned the stock. It is quite volatile and "quite" impressive how they stay at a high price range even with the hight P.E.
On a different note, I just opened a Lombard account. After doing my taxes, I did over 50 trades in 1996 while using Schwab. I could have save over $2,500 on the commission by using one of those $19.95 per trade discount brokers. I will try Lombard for a month before I transfer the majority of my Schwab funds.
Do you use Lombard, if yes, how do you like it ? If not, who do you use, how much do they charge and are you happy with the service.
I always like Schwab for the services, that's why I have been them for over 6 years.
Good night. cyf
