Tony & to All, RE: shorting stocks: Tony, do you short stocks? Before I joined the SI 3 months ago, I've never shorted stocks. But now my portfolio is about 30% short and 70% long. In order to survive in both bull and bear market, I think it is essential that we learn how to short stocks. After PRFM's rise and fall, I've been reading Anthony's thread and learned a lot about shorting stock. I still don't like Anthony's style of posting on SI, but I have to admit he is good at what he does... SHORTING stock. I guess it doesn't matter whether I like or dislike that person, if she or he is good at what s/he does, I am willing to learn from ANYONE. Anyone has a short position of stock? I'd like to learn more about shorting techniques and discuss short ideas. thank, jon
