X, I find it impossible to read al of the posts. I missed the one that stated that our father was wounded. It still must have been traumatic for a 14 year old and the rest of your family. I am also in favor of the death penalty for attempted murder. It should not be luck that decides whether a person is executed. It was his intention to murder your father, I assume. This has always been my position, and is not the result of your story.
