Jon - Shorting - Heh, I bet you thought I'd be asleep, huh? fooled you... I used to be short in high school, but I had a growth spurt somewhere along the way. Although, I'll always think of myself as short (at least until I can touch the top of a vball net without standing on my tippey toes). g No, I've never shorted. I haven't completely gotten the hang of this long thing yet. Although, I would have made more if I had shorted all the stocks I went long on in the past. I think Poet and perhaps a few others have shorted. I also keep an eye on anthony's thread to see what's going on over on the other side. Sometime in the future, I'd probably like to try my hand at it. I must admit, the whole "potential to lose infinite-money" is scary. I'd love to see some discussion on it, though. It's definitely a valid way to make some profit. Back to bed... Edit - Post #8888; what does that signify? ... I bet it probably means I have to buy the first round of drinks in vegas, huh?
