Stitch, Had to read your post about three times since I'm still half asleep. Finally concluded that it sounds like SEG hired a silver tounged consultant to tell them everything they already know about the business. All the key variables have been identified along with a view of their future. But its not clear to me that these aren't all the same issues the industry has been trying to optimize for years. And, I have to wonder, with shorter product cycles, do you really have time to be moving production around mid-life as opposed to after proving the technology on a pilot line. If you're late to market, you miss the first phase. -Z
