I listened to most of the call late last night and I agree completely. It sounds like a good chunk of their costs of doing business are going to continue to drop (roof rights, 38GHz radios getting cheaper/faster/more flexible, getting more business on their own switches instead of reselling capacity, etc.) and their sales are starting to show very strong momentum. Their costs must still be enormous though, if I understood it they were saying that estimates for 1997 are a loss of $5-6/share. Did I hear that right? Sounds like something is still cooking with AT&T. They mentioned it and said it was one of a few acceptable means of getting financing but couldn't get into details.
