DR.TECH,
The original reason I invested in Westell had to do with TI/Amati. Westell had a special relationship with them and I believed they would get a good share of the business through this dynamic TI/Amati implementation. Now it is 1 1/2 years later and where is TI/Amati, or Motorola for that matter. As you said "the clock is ticking". The talk now is about how Westell is going to coordinate with Alcatel.

HOW DID ALCATEL GRAB EVERYTHING AND WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO
TI AND MOTOROLA???

We rely on you because we get no news from Westell. For that matter the same is true for the great TI and Motorola! They have released news about the availability of their TI/Amati ADSL or Mot/CG but then why aren't they being implemented? Without some meaningful information on where they are, investing in Westell is ambiguous at best. Westell is not in a position to keep on reinventing itself. Developing interoperability is costly R&D and without firm contracts it becomes a money losing proposition. Something Westell can ill afford.

Thanks for your informative posts, and I think your input on this matter would be welcomed.

Michael
