Oh one other thing, the SEC and other law enforcement agencies don't take kindly to persons filing false and malicious claims either, particularly as you are using the possible claims to intimidate or threaten others. There are penalties for such actions both civil and criminal.

Also your private e-mails containing threats and attempted intimidation truly reflect a level of desperation that surprises me.

You must be losing at lot of $$ in your short position. I am sorry to hear that.

You really ought to just grow up, and go away!
