I'm a little concerned in that the number of shares that were converted for
the debentures has not been disclosed. The letter I received just said the
monetary value, but failed to disclose the number of shares being added.
Have they already then been added? If so how many? It would be good
if someone could talk to Alene and find this out. I'm hoping no more
than 2 million shares were issued. It said at a discounted price in
the letter, but did not disclose what that price would be.

If anyone has any information on this it would be greatly appreciated.
